Where the hours actually go.

Drafts that read like first drafts
Associate hours go into contracts, motions, NDAs. Most of the work is structure and precedent. AI can do the structure. Your lawyers can do the judgment.
Billing eats your weekend
Time entries written from memory on Sunday night. Summaries that should be 10 minutes take 2 hours. Clients want clarity. Lawyers want their evenings back.
Client intake lives in 5 places
Forms in email, notes in Word, contacts in Outlook, conflicts in a spreadsheet. New matter setup takes a day instead of an hour.

Same system I install for every firm.

30 Days to AI-Native method. Your team uses it. I keep adding new automations as needs grow.

The 5 workflows costing your firm time.

These are the processes Claude installs into first, in order of impact. Every law firm I've worked with has the same top 5.

01
Client Intake
From inbound call to matter setup in 15 minutes instead of half a day. Conflicts check, engagement letter, calendar invites generated together.
02
NDA Review
Standard NDA reviewed against your firm's playbook in under 90 seconds. Flagged terms summarised in your tone. Partner reviews edits, not the whole document.
03
Deposition Prep
Witness summaries, timeline of testimony, contradiction flagging. What took 2 days of associate time becomes a 3-hour review of pre-built materials.
04
Contract Analysis
Counter-party paper checked against your standard positions. Risk-ranked summary. Plain-English client memo drafted alongside the redline.
05
Billing Follow-up
Time entries from calendar and email. First-draft invoices reviewed in minutes. Past-due reminders written in your voice, not template-speak.

What changes in 30 days.

WEEK 1
Audit + Setup
We map your top 3 workflows together. I configure Claude with your templates, your tone, your matter types. Nothing touches client data without your sign-off.
WEEKS 2-3
Implementation
Your partners run live drafts. We refine the prompts, fix what doesn't fit, add the 4th and 5th workflow. By end of week 3 your team uses Claude daily without thinking about it.
WEEK 4
Team Handoff
90-minute training per role. Written runbook. Your IT lead gets the admin keys. After Friday I'm gone and your firm owns the system.

Questions partners ask first.

Will Claude leak my client data?
No. Anthropic's enterprise terms state that customer data is not used to train models. Your prompts and uploads live in your session. We use Claude Team or Claude for Work plans with zero-retention API where required. I configure the setup so client data never crosses a boundary you didn't approve.
What about attorney-client privilege?
Privilege is preserved when communications stay confidential and serve legal advice. Claude under enterprise terms is a tool you use under your supervision, similar to a paralegal or a document review platform. The ABA Formal Opinion 512 (2024) explicitly addresses generative AI and confirms lawyers can use it provided confidentiality is maintained. I configure the deployment to meet that bar.
Does this comply with Bar Association rules?
Yes, in every US jurisdiction I've worked with. The rules don't ban AI. They require competence (ABA Model Rule 1.1, comment 8), confidentiality (1.6), and supervision (5.1 and 5.3). My setup builds all three into the workflow: lawyer reviews every output, confidentiality controls are documented, and the firm has a written AI use policy by week 2.
Does it replace my paralegals?
No. It removes the work paralegals hate (formatting, first-pass summaries, time entry from notes) so they can do more substantive work. Every firm I've worked with kept their team and gave them more interesting matters. The bottleneck was never headcount. It was hours per matter.
Can it integrate with PracticePanther / Clio / NetDocuments?
Yes. Claude connects through API or workflow tools (Zapier, Make) to most practice management systems. I've shipped setups using Clio, PracticePanther, MyCase, NetDocuments, iManage, and SharePoint. If your stack is on this list or close to it, integration is straightforward.
How much does it cost?
The audit is free. After the audit you'll have a 1-page Workflow Map and a clear scope. If we move forward, you pay once for implementation and own the system, with ongoing support as your firm grows. No monthly platform fee from me. You cover Claude's subscription cost directly to Anthropic. Specific pricing comes after the audit so I can match the scope to your firm.
